Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of King Of Correct Score. By browsing the site or relying on any forecast published here, you accept them in full.

1. Agreement to these terms

King Of Correct Score ("the site", "we", "us") publishes statistical football forecasts and editorial analysis. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and the operators of the site. By accessing any page, reading any forecast, or submitting any message through our contact form, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you accept them without modification. If you do not accept any part of them, your remedy is straightforward: stop using the site.

We may revise these terms as the platform develops, as the data sources we rely on change their licensing conditions, or as legal requirements in the jurisdictions where our readers live evolve. Revisions take effect when they are published on this page. We do not send individual notifications of routine changes, so we encourage regular readers to review this page periodically. Continuing to use the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read together with our Disclaimer, which sets out in greater detail the informational and entertainment status of everything published here, and with any notices that appear on individual pages. Where a page-level notice conflicts with these terms, the more restrictive statement applies.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, and at least 21 years old where the law of your jurisdiction sets that higher threshold for gambling-adjacent content. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the law where you live. Betting on football is restricted, licensed or entirely prohibited in many jurisdictions, and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to breach any such restriction.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and privately use the material published here for your own analysis. You may not scrape, harvest, mirror, republish at scale, or resell our forecasts, probability grids, editorial copy or underlying calculations, whether manually or by automated means. You may not present our output as your own work, incorporate it into a commercial tipping service, or use it to train a derivative forecasting product without our prior written permission.

You also agree not to interfere with the operation of the site: no attempts to circumvent access controls, no automated request volumes that degrade service for other readers, no probing for vulnerabilities, and no use of the contact form to transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or deliberately misleading material. We reserve the right to restrict access from any address or account that breaches this clause, without notice and without obligation to explain our reasoning in detail.

3. Intellectual property

All original material on the site — the editorial copy, the presentation of probabilities, the site design, the arrangement of statistics, our branding and the name King Of Correct Score — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and related rights. The specific implementation of our forecasting method, including the manner in which league baselines, attack and defence ratios, expected goals and the Poisson scoreline grid are combined and published, is our proprietary work product even where the individual statistical techniques are well established and freely described in public literature.

Raw football data — fixtures, results, competition structures, club names and crests — remains the property of its respective rights holders, including the leagues, clubs and licensed data providers from which we source it. We publish that material under the terms available to us, and no right to reuse it independently passes to you through your use of this site.

Club names, league names and logos appearing on the site are the trademarks of their owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any club, league, governing body or betting operator. If you believe material on the site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, remove or amend the material.

4. Nature and limitations of our forecasts

Every scoreline, probability and market figure published on the site is a statistical estimate generated from historical results. It is not a tip, not advice, not insider information, and not a prediction in the colloquial sense of a claim about what will happen. A forecast that assigns 2-1 a twelve percent probability is stating that, in our model's view, the fixture ends 2-1 in roughly one case in eight — which necessarily means it ends some other way in roughly seven cases out of eight.

The model has documented limitations that we do not attempt to hide. It assumes goals arrive approximately independently, which red cards, injuries, tactical capitulation and late game-state effects can violate. It relies on recent completed matches, so it lags real-world developments such as squad changes, managerial appointments and fixture congestion. Its ratings are noisier early in a season, when sample sizes are small, and it cannot see motivation, weather, refereeing appointments or dressing-room circumstances.

Data accuracy depends on third-party providers. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Fixtures are rescheduled, kick-off times move, and results are occasionally corrected after publication. We make reasonable efforts to publish current and accurate information, but we make no warranty that any figure on the site is complete, correct, current, or free of error, and we accept no obligation to update a page after publication.

5. Your obligations and decisions

You are solely responsible for every decision you take after reading this site, including any decision to stake money on a football match. You accept that such staking carries a genuine risk of financial loss, that correct-score markets in particular are high-variance and low-strike-rate, and that long losing sequences are mathematically normal rather than evidence of a fault in the analysis. You should never stake money you cannot comfortably afford to lose, and you should never stake in an attempt to recover previous losses.

You are responsible for verifying eligibility, licensing and tax obligations in your own jurisdiction, for the accuracy of any information you enter in our contact form, and for the security of the device and connection you use to access the site. If you believe your relationship with gambling has become harmful, we ask you to stop using the forecasting sections of this site and to consult the support resources listed on our Disclaimer page.

Messages you submit through the contact form are used to respond to your enquiry and to improve the site. Do not send confidential, financial or sensitive personal information through that form. By submitting a message you grant us permission to store it and to reply to the address you provide.

6. Disclaimers, liability and general provisions

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or profitability. We do not warrant that the site will be free of interruption, error or defect, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage — including financial loss, gambling losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage — arising from your use of the site, your reliance on any forecast or statistic published here, any inaccuracy in third-party data, or any interruption in service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot be limited by law.

The site may link to third-party resources, including support organisations and data providers. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, accuracy or practices. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the unenforceable provision is to be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to make it valid. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the site, and any questions about them should be sent through our contact page.
